Meet us next week (6 March – 7 March) in London for the Recruiting Unconference organized by @BillBoorman. These unconferences are a gathering of minds, experiences and opinions where the attendees lead the conversation/tracks. There are only 4 simple rules: no presentations, no PowerPoint, no name badges, no pitching. And, they are a great way to share ideas and learn from each other. Per, our CEO, will lead a track about our core expertise on Feedback and Performance and I will share my candidate experiences in another track — here’s the schedule.
Per’s track will focus on different approaches towards performance and peer reviews, and he will also highlight Small Improvement’s “easy performance feedback” philosophy. Earlier last week, I had written a guest post about my upcoming track “Radical Candidate Thinking” which is featured on Bill’s blog. There are going to be a lot of great tracks at this unconference, and we are particular looking for the Technology Integrations track by @RPennie and the Freedom Centered Cultures tracks by @TomNixan, and @PhilClothier. We are particularly excited about these tracks because these topics match our philosophy for a modern and easily accessibly exchange within a company.
Besides the conference, Per and Ivo will also be meeting up with some Small Improvements users. If you are around and we haven’t reached out to you please let us know and we would love to meet with you.
