In October 2017, we hosted the People and Culture team from our customer Reddit in Berlin. In a fireside chat, Katelin Holloway, VP of People & Culture and Farah Kassam, Director of Talent Development shared why culture is important, how HR can develop and scale a high-performing culture, and how culture ties in with performance management.
Series: Helping Managers become better Managers
We hosted a whole series of panel discussions around the world on the topic of how to help managers get better, and how HR can get involved.
DisruptHR, Berlin
On June 28, DisruptHR came to Berlin for the first time.
As an organizer and sponsor, Small Improvements introduced a new type of event to the Berlin HR community. We invited 10 speakers from Berlin and across Europe to take on the future of Employee Experience. It was amazing to see the response, as more than 100 HR professionals and industry leaders from Berlin and beyond attended.
