Earn 20% of revenue
You receive 20 percent of the first year’s revenue for every client you successfully refer. We make sure you know the product well through a focused walkthrough, while our team handles demos, sales, onboarding and support. You get a direct point of contact at Small Improvements and can refer clients without minimum commitments. Some terms apply and are shared during onboarding.

Clients choose the platform because it is easy to use, scales with their organization and supports modern, human-centered performance practices.

Commission is calculated based on the final purchase price after any discounts.
