Mid-level managers will provide key insight during review time — but their views will rarely be balanced. 360 Peer Reviews will ensure that every aspect of an employee’s work is covered. Alert employees and their managers to trouble areas and helpt them grow and achieve their goals.
Below you’ll learn how our product can help you manage the process.
Let peers nominate peers for feedback
Here at Small Improvements, we believe employees should nominate the reviewers they prefer. This could include their manager, but it should definitely also include peers they worked with, and even direct reports.
Once approved, these reviewers will share their thoughts and help create balanced feedback.
Using Small Improvements, HR can configure the reviewer selection to suite any company’s needs.
Peer reviewer approval
360 Degree Peer feedback is great, but it may still require oversight from managers, to avoid staff just picking friends (and not peers in general).
Managers are notified via email when it is time to approve, and once they are done, peer reviewers get notified to start providing feedback.
Concise Peer Review Results
Depending on how the HR team sets up the process, the results of a 360 peer review session can consist of just text or comprehensive stack charts, or anything in between. HR can also configure the system so that the feedback remain 100 percent anonymous, so peer reviewers can feel free to be completely honest.

Extremely adjustable processes
Your company’s peer feedback process should be as uniqe as your company culture.
You in HR are in charge of what the 360 degree questionnaire will look like, whether the feedback will be delivered to the reviwee or their manager (or both), and whether the review will be be released immediately or on a set date.
Peer Review Reporting
Powerful overview screens give HR admins total insight into where the peer review cycle stands and who needs a reminder. You can extract more data and analyze 360 peer feedback with our built-in export options.
This way there’s no need to guess who’s running late, or if an employee has been nominated too often.
Screenshots can only take it so far. We’ve assembled a video that demonstrates how peer reviews inside Small Improvements are set up and launched., and how 1:1 meetings and objectives tie into the process too. You’ll learn what the manager perspective looks like at a higher level too.
