Multiple Reviewers

Our 360 reviews feature allows your team to select a range of reviewers. This means employees are able to request feedback from people they interact with the most – including managers, peers and direct reports.

HR and managers can also nominate reviewers to ensure every employee receives well-balanced feedback. Our reviewer selection process can be easily configured to suite your organization’s needs.

Approval Process

Empower employees to select who they want feedback from without losing oversight. Once reviewers are nominated, managers have the final say to make sure selected reviewers can provide relevant feedback to the employee.

Once the 360 reviewers are nominated, managers are notified for approval via email. Then reviewers will receive an automatic request to start working on their feedback.

360 Review Results

Once the reviews have been assembled, they will be shared either with the employee, their manager, or both parties. It’s entirely up to HR to customize this process.

The results of a 360 feedback session can consist of simple text bubbles or comprehensive stack charts. You can also make the authors 100 percent anonymous, so reviewers can feel free to be completely honest.
