We’re Upgrading Performance Reviews!
First up, a change to secondary reviewers.
When One Reviewer Is Not Enough
Sometimes it’s not enough to have employees reviewed by their direct manager. In consulting firms, for example, employees work on projects managed by different project managers. In other companies, employees work closely with teams outside of their own. Sometimes they may not have a “direct manager” at all.
Assign Secondary Reviewers by Cycle
Enter the secondary reviewer, a person who contributes to a performance review in addition to the primary reviewer. Until now, administrators could only assign a secondary reviewer globally, across all review cycles.
With this update, you can assign secondary reviewers by cycle, which means that an employee can have a different secondary reviewer for each cycle. Learn more about how this works in our Help Center.
