Performance management has become less of a burden, because Small Improvements allows me to focus on the more important, bigger picture challenges instead of logistics issues. The platform offers a comprehensive set of functionalities, yet it’s easy to administer, customize and configure. You can quickly change questions, set up cycles and do reports – which helps make running feedback processes as smooth as possible. We use the full lineup of features (Praise, Objectives, 1:1 Meetings, 360 degree feedback and Performance Reviews) at Travix and love how the tool links everything together. Every module is also available in one quick overview. So you can easily see what’s going on, monitor progress and check in on the status of feedback cycles. This allows me to stay on top of how everyone is doing, which is extremely helpful as an HR professional.
The tool also has a lot of aspects to help establish a continuous feedback culture. It’s fun to share moments, celebrate team members, provide feedback and learn from each other. We’ve received positive feedback about Small Improvements from both managers and employees. Managers find it easy to keep track of team progress. Employees like the tool because it helps them give feedback to each other. We’re seeing increases in usage with each cycle because more and more people want to give feedback. Sometimes if a 360 cycle has already closed, people will request for us to reopen it for a few days longer so they can provide feedback to their peers rather than skipping it. Small Improvements has helped us create a dialogue for development, and it’s a great tool for supporting continuous feedback loops between managers and employees.
Finally, as a customer, I appreciate that Small Improvements listens to my suggestions. It’s a continually evolving product, and it’s cool to see my feedback implemented and the new features they continue to roll out.
For organizations who want to get away from boring reviews and establish an ongoing learning and feedback culture, Small Improvements is the perfect tool!
